As the Handy Awards reflect on 20 years, The Blues Foundation must recognize the individuals who made it all possible back in 1980. Anne Devereaux helped create this foundation that the Blues is proudly displayed on. She was there when the very first awards were handed out on certificates. The President and Chairman of The Blues Foundation honor Anne with this special award in honor of her continuing efforts to keep the Blues alive.
