Betsie Brown’s passion for the music and its artists has always driven her work. Blind Raccoon is the firm that has grown out of that love. Blind Raccoon opened its doors in January 2008 providing publicity services, as well as radio promotion, marketing and consultation, in the Blues/roots/R&B/Americana/folk/world music genres. Prior to 2008 Brown was a co-founder and partner of Crows Feet Productions. Past and present clients include Charlie Musselwhite, John Hammond Jr., Bobby Rush, Hubert Sumlin, Pinetop Perkins, Bob Margolin, and Eddie Turner to name just a few. Brown’s pride and joy has been to work with emerging artists such as Moreland & Arbuckle, John-Alex Mason, Zac Harmon, Jon Justice, Gina Sicilia and Nathan James & Ben Hernandez.
