Before you buy a new blues CD, check out this on-line review site. Since its first on-line issue in December of 1996, Bill Mitchells Blues Bytes has delivered 10 issues of CD reviews each year. Each monthly issue contains in-depth reviews of the best of that months current crop of blues recordings. In addition to recordings, the Blues Bytes staff, committed writers from around the country, also reviews newly published books about the blues. Once on the site, there is a thorough listing of all its back issues since its 1996 inception. In addition, there is also a very lengthy alphabetical index of every artist where you can read past CD and book reviews.
