It’s an hours worth of Rock, Alternative and traditional Blues – a weekly dose of Blues you can use on ‘Blues Deluxe.’ Host/producer David Fusco started the program in 1985 as a two hour weekly show on KRQX-FM in Dallas, Texas. When the station was sold three years ago, Fusco launched the nationally syndicated ‘Blues Deluxe’ as a one-hour weekly show. Today the program is heard on over 40 commercial radio stations across the nation. ‘Blues Deluxe’ features special presentation segments such as ‘Bluebloods,’ which focuses on unsigned bands and ‘Blueprint,’ which contrasts an original performance of a Blues tune with a current cover version. The program just completed a four-week long 10th anniversary commemorative series called ‘March of the Blues.’
