This is the second KBA for the BCBS, the oldest continually-active Blues society in the country. Originally formed in 1977 by three buddies looking for a fun way to raise some cash for their softball team, the BCBS has remained a stalwart for the Blues in the Philadelphia area. 2002 marks the BCBS’s 25th anniversary, which is being marked with a commemorative CD and special concert events all year long.
