A Blues music journalist writes about the Blues for Blues lovers, but the scribe has the more difficult task of educating and emotionally stimulating the common man about the Blues. Drozdowski has taken on this task with great fervor with his work appearing in Rolling Stone, Live!, Travel & Leisure, Guitar World. The Boston Globe and Musician magazines. Ted is currently the Blues columnist for Tower Records Pulse. For years, Ted was the associate arts editor for the Boston Phoenix covering some of the best Blues Boston had offered the world from Ronnie Earl to Susan Tedeschi. He has been awarded numerous honors from Billboard magazine, the American Association of Alternative Newsweeklies, and the New England Press Association. Ted Drozdowski and his photographer wife Laurie Hoffma have co-authored a new book The Best Music CD Art and Design (Rockport).
