Beverly Howell is the President of Howell Productions. She produces and hosts B1uesChat at http://www.BluesChat.com. BluesChat is a weekly live interactive on-line program that features nationally recognized artists and industry professionals on the World Wide Web. The Kentucky-based HPI specializes in event coordination, production and promotion targeted exclusively to the blues segment of the music industry. BluesChat also has been hosted on-location from various Blues venues and festivals nationwide. HPI has also expanded its content and format to include educational forums dedicated to Chicago Blues, Texas Blues and Blues Heritage. Five percent of all income generated by HPI is donated to the Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides educational assistance for fifty children.
